The Spring 2023 application is closed!

This grant is one of two offered in 2023 and is open to all eligible nonprofits who have served residents in Warren, Henderson, or Mercer counties for three or more years. Applications will be scored on merit, community participation, inclusiveness, and the ability to effectively support the proposed grant request.

Grant applications may be for programming, special projects, capacity building, or specific equipment.

Priority will be given to:

-Organizations who have been unable to secure funding elsewhere due to capacity constraints.

-Organizations who can effectively demonstrate a focus on community equity, diversity, inclusiveness, and collaboration.

-Organizations with limited or no opportunity for State, County, Federal, or other special funding/grants.

Due to the increased need in this region, not every eligible submission is guaranteed a grant award. It is recommended that you apply for exactly what you need. Partial grants will not be extended. Organizations funded primarily through tax support are not eligible. United Way of Greater Warren County reserves the right to ask applicants for additional information upon receipt of application. 

DEADLINE IS APRIL 3, 2023, AT NOON, CST. 

Your detailed project summary (including detail on cost broken down by counties served) and budget for the project or program must be attached with this application as one PDF file only. There will be no application extension beyond the deadline of April 3, 2023 at noon.
